Shealeshea & Sound Of Saints, Nominated for two 2012 Rhythm Of Gospel Awards. Shealeshea, is a psalmist, songwriter, and an exuberant worshiper from the south side of Chicago.

She is also a producer and the founder of gospel 's Praise and Worship ministry, Shealeshea and Sounds of Saints. Sound of Saints is a Praise and Worship Ministry with 9 members that believe in giving God their all at all times. Shealeshea has a passion to share her gift and testimony with the world. Her purpose and mission is to speak to listeners through song and remind them to Cry Out because "God responds to your praise".

Shealeshea began singing and composing gospel songs at an early age. She credits her singing ability to her mother, who began singing with her as a child. She demonstrated her leadership skills and founded her first choir at the age of 13 at her great uncle’s church Rehoboth C.O.G.I.C. Chicago IL.

This is where she later became the Assistant Minster of Music. She then had the pleasure to be a part of Jerald Gray & New Direction, Praise II, Vashawn Mitchell, and First Jurisdiction COGIC Choir. Now she is the Praise and Worship Leader at Rehoboth Ministries whom the pastor is, Pastor Osmond C. Jones. Pastor Jones has been an encouraging advisor toward her upward journey in her ministry.

While going through adversity, she kept the faith that God will never leave her, which allowed her to write and co-write most of the songs on her debut album “Cry Out”. Her conviction for spreading the word of God cannot be measured. Even when it was popular to sing secular music, she stayed steadfast and continued to serve the Lord. She believes in her heart that the people should hear that redemption is real and God makes no mistakes. There are no coincidences, these are all plans.

Shealeshea, is also a mother raising her children to respect and love the Lord. Both children has contributed to the album. Her daughter Cameshea has written/co-written on the album and is also a soloist. Three songs she has written are “I Believe” , "No One Like You”, and "Strength" . Her Son, Ezra appears on the album as a singer as well. Other writers appear such as: Apostle David A Rodgers who is the writer of “ I Need Thee” , where Shealeshea was a soloist on his project in 2006; and David Martin who is the songwriter of “Decree" and" God Is Here”.

With other title tracks found on the new album like Bless His Name, Come Into his Presence, God Won’t Fail, Change In Me, Available to you, I’ll Praise Him, Please You Lord, and Thirst for You, Sound of Saints grasps hold of radical praise and worship that breaks the chains that causes others to be bound.
